I, Jerome O'Brien, in my capacity as an Authorized Person of Cypress Creek Holdings, LLC,
a Delaware limited liability company ("Holdings"), hereby confirm the following:
1. Snow Camp Solar, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Snow Camp"), is an
indirect subsidiary of Holdings.
2. Vladimir Shifrin ("Mr. Shifrin") is a duly authorized signatory of the direct and indirect
subsidiaries of Holdings (including Snow Camp), in accordance with that certain `Approval &
Signing Authority Policy' of Holdings in effect as of the date hereof.
3. Mr. Shifrin is duly authorized to sign that certain post -construction stormwater management
permit application for Snow Camp, as well as any other related documents (the "Application").
4. Mr. Shifrin shall use the title `Authorized Person' when executing the Application on behalf
of Snow Camp.
