We are requesting a minor modification to the existing stormwater permit SW8 190818 for
the Village at Motts Landing Phase 2E subdivision. Enclosed please find two hard copies
and one electronic copy of the Minor Modification application and the Deed Restrictions
form.
We are proposing to increase the per lot BUA from 5,000 to 7,000 sf for all 31 lots in this
phase. Future will be reduced by 62,000 sf (110,000 sf — 62,000 sf = 48,000 sf remaining).
Buildings will increase from 155,000 sf to 217,000 sf. Total impervious remains
unchanged. No changes to the plans are proposed with this modification.
