VAN DER VAART Secretary TRACY DAVIS The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Winston-Salem office, received your application requesting Representative Outfall Status for the Glen Raven Logistics facility located in Alamance County on October 28, 2015. The facility has three outfalls which are identified as Outfall 001, Outfall 002 and Outfall 003 on the sitemap attached to the application. The request is approved under current operating procedures. If procedures change or permit requirements change, analytical monitoring may be required at all outfalls. Please continue analytical monitoring at Outfall 1 to be conducted on a bi-annual basis. Qualitative monitoring will still be required to be conducted bi-annually at all outfalls. A copy of this letter should be placed in the facilities Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and should remain there as long as the permit remains active.
