I spoke with a coworker and they stated that No Exposure only applies if you are otherwise subject to a regulated category. Once a formal rescission request is received, the central office will reach out to the regional office to perform an inspection and determine if a rescission is appropriate. If the regional office concurs that the SIC better represents the current activities with no other major housekeeping or pollutant issues, then the central office may process the permit rescission request. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Suzanne, I have a question for you pertaining to our active stormwater permit. Our original permit application was submitted using SIC code 2813 which required the permit but since then we have found that the correct SIC code for our current operation is 5169 which does not require a stormwater permit. How should we proceed to discontinue our stormwater permit? Looking online I see the no exposure certification for exclusion application but it does not seem like that fits our circumstances.
