Subject: RE: Renewal COC Not Available
Good morning,
It appears this permit COC was not renewed. Were owed fees paid up in the last year? All billing appears to be up to
date.
If this permit needs to be renewed, the permittee should fill out the renewal request form and indicate that "owed fees
are paid, but the permit is still expired." We can renew it in our system and create a new COC then.

Subject: Renewal COC Not Available
A renewal COC for this permit (COC No. NCG080878) is not available.
Some possible reasons for this include:
Annual fees are owed, and so permit coverage for this facility was not renewed, or
This COC was issued after the General Permit was renewed, or
This COC is no longer active (has been rescinded).
Please review the files available in this permit file in our repository to see the documents available:
https://edocs.deq.nc. gov/WaterResources/Browse.aspx?dbid=0&startid=483 921
If annual fees were owed before but are now paid, please go back to the COC Request Form
(https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/COC-Renewal-Request) and
(1) check the status of the permit COC by running the Permit Summary Report to verify expired status, and
(2) check the box that says: "owed fees have been paid, but the COC is still expired"
For additional questions, please contact suzanne.mccoy@ncdenr.gov
Sincerely,
The NC DEMLR Stormwater Program
