"purchaser", the proposed co-permittee with Northchase Auto -Shine LLC, who is the current permittee. As discussed,
they would have to co-sign with Northchase Auto -Shine on a new permit transfer form in order to take part in
ownership of the pond permit. Otherwise, the entire ownership would be by Northchase Auto -Shine.

John,
Just a reminder, as discussed, the permit expired in 2019 and it will need to be renewed before it is
transferred. So, please let the purchaser and/or Northchase Auto -Shine know that is required. I
would think it is up to Northchase Auto -Shine (maybe with your help) to renew the permit. That
should be done right away so they are not operating without a valid permit.
There is a form on the website for it and the fee is $505.00
