WATER SYSTEM EXTENSION
This stamp shall be considered the Authorization to Construct the project referenced below.
Construction of this project may proceed in accordance with the Town of Mooresville's
Land Development Design Standards and the Approved Plans. Any deviation from the
Approved Plans shall be subject to the Town of Mooresville review and approval. This
Authorization to Construct is valid for 24 months from the date below.

Development Design Standards, approved plans and approved specifications. Any deviation from
the approved plans or approved specifications shall be subject to the Town of Mooresville review

1. CONTRACTOR IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING APPROPRIATE
PARTIES AND ENSURING THAT ALL EXISTING UTILITIES ARE LOCATED
PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
2. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PLACING BARRICADES, USING FLAG
MEN, ETC., AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC.
3. ALL PAVEMENT CUTS, CONCRETE OR ASPHALT, ARE TO BE REPLACED
ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS OF THE NORTH CAROLINA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, OR LOCAL JURISDICTION,
WHICHEVER IS MORE STRINGENT.
4. SHORING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OSHA TRENCHING
STANDARDS, 29 CFR, PART 1926, SUBPART P, OR AS AMENDED
