On June 19, 2002 , the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management PermitNumber S W 8 970128. It has been determined that a formal permit modification
is not required for the proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised
plans for your files. Please add the new approved plan to the old approved plans.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on May 13, 1997 , remain
in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the State
Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be
approved by this office prior to construction. If it is determined that the proposed revision will
require a modification to the permit, you will be notified.

Dear Ms. Lutheran:
Pursuant to our meeting of June 18, 2002, please find attached two (2) copies of the
above referenced project. The original 200 Student Housing project permit SW8
970128 previously approved 102,875 SF of built upon area for the project. This figure
included 15,000 SF future building area. The 200 Student Housing project was
modified during construction and the actual built upon area is only 80,377 SF (26, 100
SF buildings, 28,277 SF asphalt, 17,900 SF walks, 8,100 SF Cahill Drive).
The New Residence Hall will contribute 22,498 SF to the existing SW8 970128 pond,
which will bring the total built upon area for this pond to the original 102,875 SF as
previously permitted. Please find the original permit application with the correct built
upon areas for the project.
