This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until February 20, 2029, and shall be subject to the following specified conditions and limitations: I. DESIGN STANDARDS 1. This permit is effective only with respect to the nature and volume of stormwater described in the application and other supporting data. 2. Within the redevelopment portion of the project area, there is a total of 119,620 square feet of existing impervious area. This project proposes a total of 96,773 square feet of impervious area, as shown on the approved plans, which is a reduction of 22,847 square feet of impervious area. Due to a portion of the proposed impervious area being located closer to the surface water, the runoff from 33,859 square feet of impervious area will be collected and treated in the infiltration basin. The remaining 62,914 square feet of impervious area will be treated via sheet flow through vegetated areas prior to entering an existing ditch, which has been found to be equal or better stormwater control than had previously existed. 3. This stormwater system has been approved for the management of stormwater runoff as described in Section 1.8 on page 2 of this permit. The infiltration basin with storage in the remote basin has been designed to handle the runoff from 267,686 square feet of impervious area. This permit does not allocate any impervious area for future development. 4. This infiltration basin must be operated with a 50 foot vegetated filter, designed to pass the peak flow from the 10 year storm in a diffuse and non -erosive manner. Page 1 of 5 State Stormwater Management Systems Permit No. SW8 091111 5. All stormwater collection and treatment systems must be located in either dedicated common areas or recorded easements. The final plats for the project will be recorded showing all such required easements, in accordance with the approved plans. 6. The runoff from all built -upon area within the permitted drainage area of this project must be directed into the permitted stormwater control system. Under redevelopment guidelines, a 30 foot wide vegetated buffer must be provided adjacent to surface waters measured perpendicular to and horizontally from, the normal pool of impounded structures, the top of bank of streams and rivers, and the mean high water mark of tidal waters. 8.
