THERE ARE TWO REMOTE POV PARKING LOTS, ONE FROM PROVIDE TEMPORARY SEEDING OR OTHER STABILIZATION IMMEDIATELY D BANCROFT STREET WITH 263 SPACES, THE SECOND FROM FOSTER STREET AFTER ROUGH GRADING. THE SECOND REMOTE POV PARKING SITE IS A GRASS STABILIZE ALL AREAS DISTURBED BY CONSTRUCTION WITH PERMANENT AREA BOUNDED BY EXISTING OVERHEAD STEAM LINES. CRITICAL EROSION AREAS CHECK THE GRAVEL OUTLETS AND SEDIMENT TRAPS FOR SEDIMENT AND THE EXISTING GRASS DITCHES AND SEDIMENT TRAPS ARE CRITICAL AREAS. BUILDUP WHICH WILL PREVENT DRAINAGE. IF THE GRAVEL IS CLOGGED BY CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO STABILIZE THE SIDE SLOPES. CRITICAL AREAS SEDIMENT, REMOVE AND CLEAN OR REPLACE.
