On October 26, 2012, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 080818. The revisions include relocating buildings and
impervious area that had already been permitted with no change to the amount of permitted
impervious area. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the
proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy of,the revised plans for your files.
Please replace the old approved plan sheets 1, 2, 3, and 10 with the new ones.
Additionally, on August 5, 2009, the Governor signed Session Law 2009-406. This law impacts any
development approval issued by the Division of Water Quality under Article 21 of Chapter 143 of the
General Statutes, which is current and valid at any point between January 1, 2008, and December
31, 2010. The law extends the effective period of any stormwater permit that is set to expire during
this time frame to three (3) years from its current expiration date. On August 2, 2010, the Governor
signed Session Law 2010-177 which grants an extra year for a total extension of up to four (4) years.
Accordingly, Stormwater Permit # SW8 080818, which was set to expire on September 25, 2018, is
now in effect until August 4, 2019, which includes all available extensions. Please resubmit the
renewal application and fee at least 180 days prior to August 4, 2019, which would be February 4,
2019. A copy of the Renewal Application can be obtained from the following website:

Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on November 3, 2010, remain
in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the approved
plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any other
changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to construction. The issuance
of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from complying with all other applicable
statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity,
and obtaining a permit or approval prior to construction.

The following changes have been made to the plan:

-Revised layout for Units 454-97.
-Adjusted storm drain pipe size between DI-14 & DI-15, DI-15 & DI-16, DI-16 &
DI-17, DI-17 & CB-13, CB-13 & CB-14, and CB-14 & CB-16.
-Added drive isle cross section for Isle of Palms Lane on sheet 3 of 20.
-Added "Yard Grading between Units #54-89 Detail" on sheet 2 of 20.
-Revised Finished Floor Elevations for Units 454-91 on sheet 1 of 20.
-Added Reverse Type "IT' Curb Detail on sheet 10 of 20.
BUA allocations for Pond #2 were adjusted. Some of the permitted future BUA
allocation for Pond #2 was used.
An original and one copy of the Plan Revision Application Form, and two copies of the
plan sheets which were revised are provided.
