Stormwater Management Permit SW7090702
Rosabelle Court Subdivision
Camden County
A Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources file review has determined that
Stormwater Permit SW7090702 for a stormwater treatment system consisting of a wet
detention pond serving the entrance roadway to Rosabelle Court Subdivision located on
US Hwy 158 in Camden County expires on December 30, 2021. Renewal applications
are due 180 days prior to expiration. A review of the Camden County tax records shows
that the property is currently owned by Darlene J. Cross and David W. Cross
Irrevocable Trust. Stormwater permit SW7090702 was originally issued to Russell
Twiford. Stormwater permits are not automatically transferred when property ownership
changes.
The Coastal stormwater rules and the NC General Statutes require a stormwater permit
for this project. Please submit a completed permit renewal application and a stormwater
ownership transfer application along with a $505.00 processing fee. Permit application
forms for renewal and ownership transfer can be found on our website at:

rules/stormwater-program/post-construction. North Carolina General Statutes and the
Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property be covered under a stormwater
permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the permittee and landowner to
assessment of civil penalties.
