Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected on September 27, 2021, by Levi Hiatt as a follow-up inspection to the previous compliance
inspection conducted on August 4, 2021.
At the time of inspection, the issues listed in the previous inspection report had been addressed. Please continue to
maintain the entrance between SDO 04 and SDO 02, as well as all stormwater devices and outfalls, and monitor the outfalls
as specified by the current permit.
Copies of each monitoring report are to be kept on file at a minimum of 5 years prior to the date of the current monitoring
report.
