However, this will require that the new landowner agree to becoming legally responsible for the permit (including, but not limited to, monitoring and reporting requirements, SWPPP development, permit renewal applications, notification of site changes, etc). Brianna, I spoke with Brittany this afternoon and she suggested that you would be the best person to contact regarding my stormwater questions. I am working with the Celanese (CNA Holdings) Shelby plant and they would like to schedule a call with you to discuss some questions they have about stormwater permit ownership transfer as well as some upcoming work involving an outfall at their site. What is your availability for a call on Monday or Tuesday of next week? The facility's Permit No. is NCS000064 for your reference.
