Wi physically removed. The riser orifice was clogged with algae now functioning properly. read algae in this area was has been cleaned out and One of the stormwater inlets (from C 5103) was almost completely submerged and causing stormwater to back up into the storm drainage system. The ponding water level has been reduced to the designed level. Cattails were cut and removed from this area. The small plunge pool area at this inlet has been reconstructed to prevent sediment from entering the treatment portion of the wetland device. Cattails were cut and removed from the area shown in the background area. Photo taken from transition point from narrow/wide sections of wetland and in the direction of the narrowest section. Cattails and other nuisance vegetation were cut and removed from this area to allow for more suitable wetland vegetation growth. These deficiencies have been corrected. The inlet concrete Flume from the parking lot on the left and rip rap stone dissipater pad are in good condition. The rip rap stone area was restructured to function according to plan design. <-i A �Y '17 � tl �i The photo above shows the rip rap stone emergency spillway. The vegetation in the area is a suitable type. The stone area is clean and properly sculpted. The water surface in this area has a clean surface and free of excessive algae and/or other debris that may clog the riser structure. (Quarterly) Check the level of sediment accumulating in the inlet areas. Removed sand grit, debris, trash and plant material by hand shovel at the inlet point. 2. (Quarterly) Remove any debris, trash and collected sediment in the pipes that blocks or slows down the flow of water into the stormwater device. 3. (Annually) Monitor areas around the riser structure to ensure that settlement has not occurred. Settlement may be a result of soil loss and/or pipe separation. 4. (Semi -Annual) Monitor ground cover on the inside and outside pond slopes. Bare or deteriorating areas around the ponds should be reseeded as needed to keep area stabilized. 5. (Monthly) Make sure there are no obstructions around the riser structure or PVC drawdown orifice. 6. (Semi -Annual) Keep the presence of cattails to a minimum as they will compete with other wetland plant species and eventually dominate the pond. 7. (Quarterly) Make sure that the presence of algae is kept to a minimum as it has a tendency to negatively impact wetland plant species that are required in this device.
