Dear Mr. Moore:
Over the past few weeks, we have had the opportunity to inspect the above
referenced site and have found it to be in compliance with the stormwater plans as
submitted to your office. The engineer's certification is enclosed.

We have also enclosed pictures of the wetland pockets and plantings. Plants were
installed in five of the six basins on September 3 oth and October I't. The water in the
basins was pumped down for the installation of the plants. Ground water had begun to
refill the basins when the pictures were taken on October 2 d . The remaining plants were
th
installed over the weekend of October 14 1h and 15 .
We have also verified that approximately 7000 sf of gravel was removed from Lot
10 to bring it to approximately 61,714 sf of coverage.
