THE ADEQUACY OF THE COVER REQUIREMENTS FOR STRUCTURE SHALL BE ANALYZED AND CHECKED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO ADDRESS LOADING CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY. ANY DAMAGE BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY SHALL BE REPLACED AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE.
