Nora, Carolina and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at N.G.S. Monument 'Pantry' with NAD 83 (2001) coordinates of N: 682,410.56' and E:
1,569.715.96' South 03'37'05" West a distance of 35.00' to an existing nail being at the southeastern
intersection of the eastern right of way margin of U.S. Highway 52 (60' public right of way) with the
southern right of way margin of Brown Street (variable public right of way) and said point being the POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence with the southern right of way margin of Brown Street the following three (3) courses
and distances: 1) South 89*06*31" East a distance of 206.66 to an existing iron rod; 2) with a curve
turning to the right having a radius of 104.82' an arc length of 50.01' (chord South 75*W08" East 49.54')
to an existing iron rod; 3) South 36.31'20" East a distance of 66.87' to an existing iron rod being the

LANDSCAPE NOTES:
1. ALL PLANT MATERIALS QUANTITIES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. CONTRACTOR IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VERIFICATION OF ALL QUANTITIES.
2. ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS ARE TO RECEIVE 4" OF TOPSOIL, SEED, MULCH, AND WATER
UNTIL A HEALTHY STAND OF GRASS IS OBTAINED.
3. ALL PLANTS MUST BE HEALTHY, VIGOROUS MATERIAL, FREE OF PESTS AND DISEASE.
ALL PLANTS MUST BE CONTAINER GROWN OR BALLED AND BURLAPPED AS INDICATED IN THE
PLANT UST. ALL TREES MUST BE STRAIGHT TRUNKED AND FULL HEADED AND MEET ALL
REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED. ALL PLANTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE OWNER
BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER INSTALLATION. ALL PLANTING AREAS MUST BE COMPLETELY
MULCHED AS SPECIFIED.
4. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING ALL
UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AND SHALL AVOID DAMAGE TO ALL UTILITIES DURING THE COURSE
OF THE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRING ANY AND ALL DAMAGE
TO UTILITIES, STRUCTURES, SITE APPURTENANCES, ETC. WHICH OCCURS AS A RESULT OF
THE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION.
5. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND PROTECTION BETWEEN
DELIVERY AND PLANTING PER SPECIFICATIONS TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY PLANT CONDITIONS.
6. THE CONTRACTOR SAHLL COMPLETELY GUARANTEE ALL PLANT MATERIAL FOR A PERIOD
OF 1 YEAR BEGINNING ON THE DATE OF TOTAL ACCEPTANCE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
PROMPTLY MAKE ALL REPLACEMENTS BEFORE THE END OF THE GUARANTEE PERIOD.
7. AFTER BEING DUG AT THE NURSERY SOURCE, ALL TREES IN LEAF SHALL BE ACCLIMATED
FOR TWO (2) WEEKS UNDER A MIST SYSTEM PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
8. ANY PLANT MATERIAL WHICH DIES, TURNS BROWN, OR DEFOLIATES (PRIOR TO TOTAL
ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK) SHALL BE PROMPTLY REMOVED FROM THE SITE AND REPLACED
WITH MATERIAL OF THE SAME SPECIES, QUANTITY, AND SIZE AND MEETING ALL PLANT
SPECIFICATIONS.
9. STANDARDS SET FORTH IN AMERICAN STANDARD FOR NURSERY STOCK" REPRESENT
GUIDELINE SPECIFICATIONS ONLY AND SHALL CONSTITUTE MINIMUM QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
FOR PLANT MATERIAL.
10. SAFE, CLEARLY MARKED PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR ACCESS TO ALL ADJACENT
PROPERTIES MUST BE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS.
11. FOR NEW PLANTING AREAS, REMOVE ALL PAVEMENT, GRAVEL SUB -BASE AND
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.
12. ALL ROOT BALLS REMOVED FROM CONTAINERS SHALL BE SCARIFIED PRIOR TO
BACKFILLING.
13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING TREES AND SHRUBS THAT
WILL MEET BOTH MINIMUM SIZE AND SPACING FOR THE ZONING COMPLIANCE. FAILURE TO
INSTALL PLANT MATERIAL PER THIS PLAN WILL JEOPARDIZE ISSUANCE OF FINAL CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING INSPECTIONS OF
PLANT MATERIAL.
