I am pleased to announce that the Ararat Rocks Product Company, Mount Airy Plant, has been
purchased by the Luck Stone Company. We will transfer the existing NPDES water discharge permit,
NCG020158, to Luck Stone effective immediately.
In accordance with our permit, we must notify the department, and the transfer is dependent upon the
approval of the Director. it is the intent of Luck Stone to maintain the existing permit with all conditions
remaining in place.
