Dear Mr. Thomas:
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject State Stormwater Management Permit
received on August 26, 2021. Staff of the Division of Energy; Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR) in the
Fayetteville Regional Office has confirmed that this permit is no longer required because permit
SW6100902 (Wedgefield), originally issued on October 19, 2010, was modified on January 16, 2014 to
incorporate the entire drainage area from Phase ll.
Therefore, in accordance with your request, State Stormwater' Management Permit SW6111101 is
rescinded effective immediately.
