In the Ardagh Glass Inc. is there a responsible corporate officer above plant managers that that would be the Owner
affiliation?
If so, please provide their contact information.
The manner in which our database is set-up and communicates with the eDMR software, requires that I only have one
owner record.
Lloyd and Steven would be facility contacts because they are Plant managers.
James would be Permit contact because he is the EHS person.
We have recently changed our SOP from sending the Owner Affiliations letters to sending letters to the Permit Contacts.
This will end communications going to someone up the Corporate structure that has no immediate dealings with the
permit.

Good afternoon, Suzanne. I work with Jim Barringer at the Ardagh Glass — Wilson, NC plant supporting environmental
compliance.
We have marked up the stormwater permit summary report you forwarded to Jim this morning to accurately reflect the
stormwater permit responsibilities at the Wilson, NC plant. The Wilson plant is permitted, managed, and operated
completely separate from the Henderson, NC plant. Lloyd Taylor is the "person with delegated signatory authority" for the
Wilson plant (and Steve Cedoz has that role for the Henderson, NC plant).
We also deleted persons from the summary that are no longer employed by Ardagh Glass.
We appreciate your assistance in getting this right.
