Gentlemen:
Irt accordance with G.S. 74-51 of the Mining Act of 1971, the permittee, DSQ Holding,
LLC fka Daurity Springs Quarry, LLC, hereby notifies the N.C. Division of Energy, Mineral,
and Land Resources that it has sold its quarry located at Daurity Road in Goldston in Chatham
County, North Carolina to FSC II, LLC dba Daurity Springs Quarry, effective as of August 2,
2021 _ The Daurity Springs Quarry is covered by NCDENR Permit No. 19-22.
With respect to the mining permit referenced above, the transfer of permit responsibility,
coverage and liability, per the Mining Act of 1971, shall be effective as of August 2, 2021, which
is the date FSC 1I, LLC dba Daurity Springs Quarry acquired legal ownership and control of the
Daurity Springs Quarry.
