Currently, DEQ staff is only offering a 1-hour courtesy review for non-enforcement SWMP
submittals. Raleigh is in the queue, but it may be a while before you will receive comments. With
an 80% NOV rate for Phase II MS4s, DEQ MS4 staff have many competing priorities at this time.

The required public comment period was completed during a four week period in January and
February of this year.
