Failure to pay this fee as soon as possible may result in: • Issuance of a Notice of Violation, • Permit revocation and subsequent loss of authorization to discharge industrial stormwater, • Potential civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage, and • Additional legal actions.
