No need to worry — this COC was renewed. We had so many general permit COCs renewing at the same time, that it caused some time-out delays with the process in our database. This was mainly because we have been adding everyone's stormwater outfalls in preparation for a-DMR over the next year. They were only "flipping over" in batches of 100 at a time, and it's taken a while to catch them all up. I checked this morning, and this COC is now active. See the screen shot below. I also ran the permit summary report again, and it's also reflecting that status (the info in that report is usually 24 hours behind our database). I've attached these both for your records. We should have info up on the website about obtaining your new renewal COC on-line no later than August V. Hey Bethany, I just had a quick question about renewing our COC in regards to the upcoming expiration of the NCG060000 permit on 5/31/21. 1 have in my notes that a renewal needs to occur 180 days from the permit expiration date. However I do not see that listed anywhere in the permit. With the general permit set to expire on 5/31/21, is there anything I need to do to ensure my facility stays covered under this permit? Good morning, Nick, Thanks for all the info. The zip code associated with this facility address (28715) only lists Biltmore Lake or Chandler. Is the zip code correct? I see another entry for a contact with the same address and different zip code — 28806. That's also the zip code that comes up in a map search with this address. Contact Roboto if unsure! *** ............................................................................................................................................................................................................. . Thanks for getting in touch, Nick. I think the city is an easy fix -- it's probably a case of two different locality options associated with the same zip code, and the wrong one got chosen at set up. I will look into that when I return to the office later this week. I won't be able to make the change on the website for the renewal COC, but I wouldn't worry about it. Just download a copy of what's in the system now. When I update the permitting database, I'll send you an updated copy of the attached report, and you can keep that for your records. Speaking of the attached report, I see what you mean. We should not have Accounts Payable as the Owner Affiliation. It needs to be an appropriate legally responsible individual. Can you provide details of who that should be for this permit? Also, who are the best permit and facility contacts? I can update those as well. I will need name, address, phone, and email. A title is helpful but not necessary.
