Notes about the attachments:
This resubmission reflects a complete Low -Density Development with a maximum of 24% proposed impervious area.
The project area and impervious area allocations have been clearly provided on Sheet C205 and should match to
the revised forms and tables. We believe that we have significantly improved upon the previously approved storm
design to better comply with the intent of Low Density Development. We have added curb outlets wherever possible,
reduced proposed piping by over 1500 LF and elongated grass swales throughout the site.
