Inspection Summary:
Based upon a complaint,this site was inspected for compliance on June 16,2021.At the time of inspection, ongoing
scrap metal observations were observed. However, a discernible, confined and discrete conveyance to surface waters,
or off-site locations, could not be located. During the meeting,Mr. Randall Leonard stated that an on-site oil spill had
recently occurred and was addressed. However,no signs of an oil spill were observed.
