Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected on June 16,2021 by Levi Hiatt and Blane Houck as a follow-up to a Notice of Violation given
on March 29,2021 for failure to have an NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit. At the time of inspection, a defined
outfall could not be located anywhere on site.All runoff from this site appeared to sheet flow off site into pasture and
wooded areas,which were also owned by the owner of the site,before reaching Big Beaver Island Creek. Due to a
lack of outfalls, and considering the topography, land cover, and proximity of the site to the creek, an NPDES Industri�
Stormwater Permit is not required for this site at this time.
