Good morning Suzanne, I hope you are having a fun start of the weekend. I am sending this email in regards to my first
half of 2021 storm water samples for DAK Americas, LLC Cedar Creek Site. This includes seven outfalls for DAK and three
outfalls for Clear Path Recycling. I have all samples collected and all the outside lab results are in.
Attached are copies of the manual sheets previously turned in to the state. I just want to send proof of samples being
pulled and now I have hit the wall for the eDMR for the stormwater reporting.
If you have a spare minute sometime after you see this, will you please contact me about my next steps. I am trying hard
not to mess this up for the company.
