Good afternoon:
My name is Jamie McGrath and I am currently the facility contact for Southwire Huntersville at 12331
Commerce Station Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078. Our NC General Industrial Permit
No.:N00030664. Currently our permit is set to expire on 5/31/2021 and in reviewing the permit and on the
NCDENR website — it appears that our permit will renew automatically without us needing to submit any
paperwork. I wanted to follow up to ensure that is what will take place and there is no information needed from
us for the permit renewal.
The other item I wanted to ask you about is the Stormwater Permit Summary Report. I pulled ours up and it is
showing my predecessor as the facility contact and permit contact. I have been in my current position for 2
years and have filed a change of contact information right after I started (November 2018). It also shows on
the summary report that we have 3 outfalls when we have been granted representative outfall status by the
state (see attached paperwork). What do you need me to do to make sure our information is correct and up to
date on the Stormwater Summary report to reflect my name and a Representative Outfall Status from 3 outfalls
to 1 ?
I look forward to hearing back from you soon. I have attached the stormwater summary report, the contact
change information document that was filed and the documentation stating that an ROS status has been
granted to our facility. I am trying to make sure our records are correct and what we need to do for the permit
renewal for our NC General permit.
