We are working diligently to address all your comments below and obtain the NCG010000 permit within 15 calendar days of receipt of this notice. Below are our comments/actions to the corrective actions needed per the letter: 1. Date by which corrective actions listed have been or will be completed. a. Remove accumulated stone that had deposited beyond the limits of disturbance (LOD) near the eastern basin. Response: We will remove the accumulated stone. This will be corrected by 5/14/2021. b. Move the stockpile adjacent to the northern perimeter silt fence. Reduce the grade of the stock pile so that flows do not overwhelm silt fence. Response: We will reduce the slope of the stockpile on the side that faces the silt fence. This will be corrected by 5/14/2021. c. Repair and maintain all silt fence, diversion channels and rock outlets along the perimeter per the approved plans. Response: We will repair the silt fence, diversions channels and rock outlets along the permitted to meet approved plans. Install and maintain all inlet protection per approved plans. Install all skimmer basins per the approved plans. Response: We will install the inlet protection per the approved plans and install skimmers basins per the approved plan. This will be corrected by 5/14/21. e. Acquire coverage under the NCG010000 construction stormwater permit. Response: The NCGO1 eNO1 form has been submitted as of 5/5/2021, application number 52157.
