up area from one lot to the other.
The enclosed agreement recorded in Book 4233, Pages 905 — 907, modifies the built up area of
Lot 40 to 3057 SF, Lot 42 to 3044 SF, and Lot 49 to 2200 SF in Oceana — Section II — Carolina
Beach, N. C.
If you would please send me a letter or memo in reference to receiving the recorded document
and the approval of the transfer.
