Titles 15A NCAC 02H.1003, .1017, and.1050-.1062 set forth the requirements for low- and high-density developments in Urbanizing Areas and design standards for stormwater control measures. Our records indicate this site never obtained a post-construction stormwater management permit and is therefore in violation of the following: 1. Failure to Obtain a State Stormwater Management Permit Title 15A NCAC 02H .1001 and.1016 require a Post-Construction Stormwater Permit for development activities within Urbanizing Areas of North Carolina. Required Response Submit a permit application within 90 calendar days of receipt of this notice.
