Our Plan of Action as outlined in the previous letter has been completed. CVS has cleared and mowed the stormwater pond and has re -graded. A survey was conducted last week. The results show that the pond is now in compliance. Accordingly, I have completed the certification requirements, and they are attached. One qualifying statement is required, regarding certification item number 12, Actual depths are within the required guidelines for the storage volume; however, there is a minimal area in the north end of the pond that will need to be regraded at the next maintenance cycle. I will convey this to CVS. CVS now has a maintenance contract in place for the pond, so there should be no re -occurrence of this violation.
