Wilmington, NC 28405-3845 Re: Storalwater Project #SW8 000635 The Commerce Center 0 Riverside Dear Linda, I am writing in response to your fax inquiry made September 20, 2000 concerning the determination of off -site drainage areas at the aforementioned project. The areas delineated as contributory off -site drainage areas are proposed for development vvithin the scope of this project. I am including, by attachment to this letter, an illustrative of the subject area. This illustrative also shows existing and proposed elevations for the off -site area. The existing elevations are somewhat irrelevant given that the area will be graded according to the proposed elevations. The offsite area North of the property is the improvement of Old Bridge Street. The termination of the off-ste area here is the centerline of the road which will be crowned from this point to each side. This entire road improvement in front of and adjacent the site was considered to be off -site drainage. The area West of the project will be constructed to mutually benefit both the adjacent property and The Commerce Center. This area will be graded in accordance with the plan to route runoff from this area into the pond. The owner of the adjacent land will be making application for an offsite system to serve these proposed improvements, I hope that this inforniation and attachment is adequate for your continued review of this project.
