1. OBTAIN GRADING PERMIT FROM NEW HANOVER COUNTY.
2. INSTALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE, BEGIN POND CONSTRUCTION,
AND INSTALL SILT FENCE: CLEAR ONLY THE EASEMENT AREAS, ROAD RIGHT
OF WAY AREAS, POND AREA AND THE AREAS ADJACENT TO AND AROUND
THE D(ISTING DITCHES AND DRAINAGE AREAS.
J. INSTALL PERIMETER DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO DIVERT OFFSrrE WATER TO POND. /
INSTALL INLET PROTECTION AS REQUIRED.
4. BEGIN CLEARING REST OF SITE AND FILL
5. INSTALL UTILITIES AND INTERIOR DRAINAGE PIPE. PROVIDE INLET PROTECTION. /Q
6. INSPECT AND MAINTAIN ALL EROSION CONTROL DEVICES EVERY 7 DAYS
AND AFTER EACH SIGNIFICATE RAINFALL EVENT (0.5" OR GREATER).
NEEDED REPAIRS WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY. TOP DRESS TEMPORARY
SEEDING WITH 50 LB/ACRE NITROGEN IN MARCH. IF COVER IS NEEDED
THRU THE FOLLOWING SUMMER, OVERSEED WITH 50LB/ACRE OF KOBE
LESPEDEZA. MOWING OF GRASSED AREAS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED
ACCORDING TO THE SEASON. MAXIMUM GRASS HEIGHT AT ANY TIME WILL
BE 6-INCHES 1
7. PLACE TEMPORARY SEEDING ON ANY DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE` TO
BE LEFT IDLE FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS, INCLUDING ALL SLOPES.
8. PERMANENT GRASS SHALL BE INSTALLED FOR ALL AREAS AT FINAL GRADE
AND IN SEASON. FERTILIZE, WATER AND RESEED AS REQUIRED' TO
ESTABLISH A VIGOROUS STAND OF GRASS.
9. REQUEST FINAL APPROVAL FROM COUNTY TO REMOVE TEMPORARY DEVICE'S.
10. AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION AND THE SITE IS STABILIZED,
REMOVE ALL ACCUMULATED SEDIMENT FROM TRAPPING DEVICES AND
SPREAD EVENLY ACROSS THE SITE. GRASS THESE AREAS IMMEDIATELY
AND REMOVE ALL TEMPORARY DEVICES. I

for stability and operation following every runoff• -•producing

needed repairs will be made immediately to maintain oil
practices as designed.

plan to maintain a vigorous, dense vegetative cover.
