Hi Suzanne, Outfall #3 is 35.930930,-78.848023 as indicated by the grey marker on the south side of our employee parking lot. This outfall receives water from 1.4 Acres of Impervious Surface and 2.25 Acres of Non -Impervious Surface. Visually, the area includes the building with the right rooftop to the east of the facility, and the employee parking lot and surrounding vegetated areas in between. The outfall is essentially a settling device which retains the rainwater going to that outfall to allow for solids to settle prior to being discharged. Please let me know if you need any additional information. I will enter the data for outfall #3 and submit the report once I receive notice from you that this outfall has been added. Thank you for your help. I need to see if Outfall #3 is represented by another. If not, I will need the Lat/Long and brief description and add it to the underlying database that eDMR pulls the information from. eDMR is only for Quantitative not Qualitative reporting. Qualitative reports are kept on site and available if requested by the inspector. You only need to enter data for the day you have it for and leave the others blank. Thank you for asking. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Good morning Suzanne, This is my first time reporting through eDMR for our Storm Water results. I have been following the tutorial, but I have run into a few problems. First, Outfall #3 is missing from the report and I am therefore unable to select it to enter the data for this outfall. Only Outfalls #1 and #2 show up in the dropdown list to select from. The tutorial suggests that I cannot create an outfall on my own. I need some guidance as to how I can get this added. Also, I do not see where I can upload SDO Qualitative Monitoring Report for each outfall. This is the part of the report where I describe the conditions and observations at each outfall. Is this something that is just kept onsite, or is there a way to submit this data electronically? One other observation is that there are fields for every day of the month where I enter the time the samples where taken. Prior to this we only reported information for the day the samples were taken and confirmed that it was a qualifying storm event due to discharge, and no rain in the 72 hours prior to the event. Should I just enter the data for the day, or do I need to fill out the other cells as well? If I do, I will need some guidance as to how these should be filled out, as we are not required to take composite samples per the requirements of our permit. I appreciate your help on this matter.
