Although we are a bit behind in renewing Individual Industrial permits right now, we are in the process of establishing a new position dedicated to this task so we are hopeful that we can catch up in the future. In the meantime, your client may legally continue to discharge under the expired permit as long as s/he remains current with permit fees. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions.
