In response to your CSV request, Andrew McDermott has reached out and is now coordinating with our subject matter expert. Regarding the two outfalls that are not included in our database: Landfill drainage area -36 Laydown Area #2 Please provide: 4 character identification (we are limited to 4 characters and no special characters may be used, this includes a hyphen. Latitude and Longitude. Once received I will add them and associate the parameters specified in Table 2 of the current permit. I have corrected the parameters for outfall 001 to Table 2 parameters, this change will appear the next day. Any additional outfall issues will need to be addressed with the permit writer. I have looped in Annette and Bethany to keep them informed. The way Duke Energy converted to upload the NPDES eDMR CSV file was to request a technical specification document from NC DEQ. Duke Energy's IT department then was able to pull out the required fields and data from an internal data base and create the CSV file. I opened up the eDMR program and created the March DMR. My quick review saw the following issues: • All the outfalls are not in the eDMR. o Landfill drainage area -36 and Laydown Area #2 are not included. o Some of the representative outfalls are included SW002, SWO12 o Some of the representative outfall are not included. These are represented by Landfill Drain Area 36. Landfill Drainage Area 18, Landfill Drainage Area 21, Landfill Drainage Area 42, o SWO15 should be SWO15-13 since it represents 13 slope drains o SWO16 should be SW016-42. SWO16-42 represents SW016-24. SW016-30, SWO16-36 and SWO16-54 • I also noticed that the outfalls do not have SW included in the name. Adding SW would be beneficial to Duke to differineate Stormwater from NPDES outfalls SW001 outfall sample parameters need to be changed to represent the Analytical Monitoring requirements in Table 2 of the SW permit in stead o f Table 1. Suzanne, I received email from Lori Tollie noting that you have not received the electronic submission for Stormwater Permit # NCS000571. I sent the email and I mailed a hard copy on 2/5. Attached is the copy that was sent. Is there something else that you need for this storm water permit? Will you be sending out a CSV template that Duke can use to electronically up load the stormwater data to the NC eDMR program. Our lab data is loaded into a software program and I would like to obtain a CSV file so we can modified the program to out put a file that can be uploaded to the eDMR program. Our interface with the NPDES eDMR program works great for us. If you have any questions you may reach me at 704 363-0819.
