During the inspection, the following items were noted: 1) Secondary containment for all bulk storage of liquid Materials on site may have been compromised due to site modifications to the containment area. The permittee is directed to evaluate all bulk storage of liquid material on site and to confirm that secondary containment is provided as outlined in the NCGO80000 General Permit. 2) Elements of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan were missing or were difficult for the facility staff to locate. It is recommended that all information pertaining to permit compliance be complied to allow for easier access by facility staff and DEQ inspectors. 3) Facility Inspections were not documented at the facility at the time of the inspection. The permittee is directed to revise the inspection program at the facility and facilitate any training that may be need for facility staff to complete these inspections.
