We are forwarding Permit No. SWA000085, dated January 6, 2021. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required. The original signed permit package is being mailed to Eric Dischinger at: Desco Summerhaven, LLC 600 Market Street, Suite 206 Chapel Hill, NC 27516 This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Winston-Salem Regional Office.
