Thanks for the corrected permit. As an FYI, Cassondra Winner left Cascade to have a baby and Phil Torchio retired, so
please forward any further documentation or questions to me. We are in the middle of replacing our EHS manager, and
once that is completed, that person will then be the lead. If there are any immediately pressing issues, please feel free

A permit correction has been issued for the NPDES Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit NCS000158 issued on
December 10, 2020. The only change in the corrected permit is the expiration date. I have attached both the corrected
permit and the cover letter to this email. These documents will also be mailed to you via USPS. Please replace the permit
issued December 10, 2020 with the attached permit.
