Comment: The east, middle, and west outfalls were observed and found to be in good condition. There was
a small amount of flow at each outfall, and the water leaving the site was clean, clear, and free o
debris, solids, or sheen. There is very little, if any, industrial activity that comes into direct contac
with stormwater. The facility has done a very good mob of reducing industrial exposure to
stormwater.
