A review of that information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: On the SWU-101 Application, the applicant was identified as the property owner in Part III.I.e. However, Part III.2 shows H.M.'s Kids, Inc. as the property owner. Please correct this discrepancy. Please also submit a copy of the property deed to verify the property owner. 2. Please delineate any wetlands onsite or add a note that none exist [15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iii)]. 3. Please show the grading plan without the erosion control measures, as well as the inlet to the pipe into the wet pond. 4. Please submit pre- and post- development drainage area plans. 5. The SWU-101 Application and calculations show 287,113 sf of offsite BUA that is not shown on the plan. Is this intended as future BUA? 6. The calculations use a volume of 41,433 cf for the drawdown from the wet pond. The 2-5 day requirement should be based on the calculated water quality volume (28,235 cf). The water quality volume will draw down in under 2 days as proposed.
