I hope you have had a good week. I am working to submit the required documentation for eDMR registration
associated with the below stormwater permit:
■ NCS000520: PCS Phosphate Company, Inc. — Morehead City Bulk Handling Facility
The current Facility Administrator for this permit, D. Danny Winstead, was previously given signature authority for the
site and currently summits all of the hard -copy DMR reports associated with this permit. Danny is also the current
submitter in the eDMR system for any eReporting associated with permit No: NC0003255 for PCS Phosphate Company,
Inc. —Aurora Mine.
Do we still need to complete the Request to Add Certify and Submit Privileges Form and receive notary public signature,
or can we provide previous documentation?
