Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected for compliance on November 24, 2020, as per the compliance deadline stated among the
recently issued notice of violation (NOV) for failure to obtain a NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit. At the time of
inspection, a Notice of Intent (NOI) had not been submitted for review. Although, on -site technical assistance was
provided to the property owners (Tommy Gaddy and Julie Gaddy) regarding the application submittal process. It was
stated by the property owners that the NOI, and any supporting documentation, would be submitted as soon as
reasonably possible.
