The vegetated slopes vary in width and are 8 feet at their narrowest section and 12 feet at
their widest section within this basin. Variations for the old 10:1 requirement have been
proposed. This variation is "equal or better" since the vegetated shelf width & slope
eds current design requirements.

within the design intent (as approved). Surface area is larger than design thus increasing
water quality volume at lower elevation.
No track rack provided. Standard frame and grate provided instead.
Vegetated shelf was not built per plan, but is a minimum of 8 feet wide (producing 8:1
side slopes).
Water quality orifice was resized to meet the 2-5 day drawdown time (previous orifice was
releasing water too slowly)
