In looking at the documents provided with the submittal for the transfer, this looks to simply be a change to the name of the LLC. Not an actual transfer of the land from one LLC name to another. Legal name changes such as this could have been done using the permit information update form (No fee). This form is available in the same location as the transfer form on this website. Also, documenting the purchase has been finalized does not require a transfer, just a copy of the final deed to be submitted. We'll use the transfer applications in lieu of the permit information update form to get the database corrected with the new LLC names. Please confirm that I am understanding the situation correctly. If so, I'll also ask Tina to send the check back that you provided as part of the transfer package unless you'd like us to void it and dispose of it in a secure manner. If we get confirmation that this is an update, we can get the minor modification package logged in.
