STORMWATER NARRATIVE
This submittal is to modify the Compass Pointe West Commercial (SW8 080107) which is part
of the overall Compass Pointe West Tract master plan. Below is a summary of the changes
included in this proposed modification:
• Establishment of an offsite permit, Compass Pointe West Offsite #2. previously permitted
as outparcel, Lot #2, within the overall, permitted parcel boundary. The offsite permit
request will be submitted concurrently with this modification request.
• Reallocation of impervious areas to match site plan of Compass Pointe West Offsite 92.
Pond 41
Compass Pointe West Offsite 92 will consist of two commercial buildings with retail and office
space and will drain entirely to Pond #l. The most recent modification to the West Commercial
permit included designating off -site impervious allocation for Lot 42. This was done by revising
the pond calculations to show Lot 42 as an off -site drainage area with an associated off -site
impervious allocation. The calculations will be revised to show the most updated impervious
allocations (buildings, parking, sidewalk, etc.) for the site plan.
