Me elan submitted is for lot 2 or tract 2. The building is set high enough to allow for a loading dock with positive drainage. Stormwater is collected on ravoment, drained to two drop inlets and piped to the pond. Since they propose to have gutters with downspouts on the back side of the building, an 8 inch collector line will be installed to which the down- spouts will be connected. In order to comply with the County requirements for pre and post run-off, it was necessary to reduce the outlet pipe size to 6 inches. However, due to the dificulty in maintaining a long length of 6 inch pipe, it was increased to 12 inch after a short run of 6 inch. This project is on the divide between Prince George Creek and Smith Greek. 7he stormwater from lot 2 goes to Prince George Creek.
